Back to Work.

Friends!

You all made me weep.  Shame on you!
Thank you for you encouraging words, love and experiences. I am honored.

I had three days off from work and indulged in an orgy of cleaning and organization, something I find very Zen and in-the-moment to do.  If I can't have ordered inner space at least my outer space is going to be spic-n-span, dammit.

I don't feel any better, but I'm not any worse.  Holding is good.

And I have some most excellent medicine to ingest later...Scott came home with a chocolate fudge cake today!  Just THINK of how many endorphins I'll get from that.
Better living through chemistry!

Trish, whatever it is in chocolate that makes us happy should be distilled and put into a Feliway-like spray. We'd have one in every plug, don't you think? ::grin::
Cleaning and organizing are therapeutic and, you're right-at least your exterior world has some order to it! I used to rearrange every room in the house and clean while I was doing it. By golly, if I couldn't control ME, I could at least apply some to everything else.

Keep walking!

Isn't it interesting how having a picture of that clean or organized area in your head brings a feeling of calm? Just one little accomplishment like that, one little area of control... :)
One hope at a time...

Better living through chemistry, indeed! LOL! Nothing beats chocolate, IMO, especially dark chocolate!

Lots of love and Light from me and purrs from the boys.

I'm late seeing this... I'm so sorry you've got the Black Dog taking you for a ride. Hope you can get him to take a hike quickly. We're adding our purrs to those from the Lounge.
